A Paddleboard Wellness Experience

Experience the magic of sunset from a whole new perspective.

Join us as we paddle across the calm waters of Hempstead Harbor to a floating dock, where you'll be guided through a grounding meditation and immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls as the sun sets around us.

Surrounded by the gentle sounds of nature and the beauty of the harbor, this unique experience is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.

No prior sound healing experience is necessary. Paddleboarding experience is recommended, but all levels are welcome.

What to Bring

• Comfortable clothing you don't mind getting wet
• Water bottle
• Towel
• Light jacket or sweatshirt for after sunset
• Dry bag (optional) for personal belongings

Please arrive 15–20 minutes early for check-in and paddleboard setup.
