A Weekly Sunset Sound Healing Experience

End your weekend with an evening of calm by the ocean.

Join us on the beach as we gather to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect through meditation, gentle movement, energy healing, and the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls while the sun sets over the water.

Each week offers a unique experience inspired by nature and the changing seasons, creating a space to release, restore, and begin the new week feeling grounded and renewed.

Whether it's your first sound bath or part of your wellness practice, all are welcome.

If you'd prefer to pay cash at the beach, please send me a message in advance so I can reserve your space.

What to Bring

• Yoga mat or beach towel
• Water
• Layers or a light blanket, as it can become cool after sunset
• Anything else that will help you feel comfortable

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in before we begin.

This event is weather permitting. If inclement weather is expected, updates will be shared on Instagram and registered guests will be notified.
